First Time Homebuyers Grants

There are several non profit agencies with grants available for first time homebuyers. A first time homebuyer can, in certain cases, be someone who has not owned a home in the last 3 years. One of these grants is for $10,000.00  that can be used for down payment and some closing costs. Each agency has different qualifications and terms.
